Mold Flow

Our team simulates and analyses the flow of plastic materials in the plastic part.

This helps to identify potential problems such as uneven filling, air pockets or warping at an early stage.

By analysing the simulation results, our design department can adapt the design of the mould, for example to improve the flow properties of the material to prevent warping, which can affect the mould geometry, the position of the injection nozzles and the cooling channels.

Simulation also makes it possible to optimise cooling times, which leads to shorter production cycles and therefore greater efficiency.

By identifying and eliminating problems early in the design and manufacturing process, costs for reworking and scrap can be reduced and ensure that the project runs on schedule.
